Back again for twentyten! The Gates is now a monthly event and this month and this month I’ll be DJing alongside Frankie Vibe and DJ Red2. I’ll be mixing electro house and tech house, Frankie will be spinning some great Gospel House, and DJ Red2 will be bringing the hiphop and breaks. It’s an all ages party. Christian + Non-Christian friends welcome! DJ’s spinning, food. Come to dance, hang out in the back, or watch break dancers.

I will be returning to The Gates this September 11th. I was last at The Gates in April and really had a blast DJing some house and electro music and watching the breakdancers and hanging out with Chris Le. This month is an All Ages event and should be a lot of fun.The Gates will host it’s bi-monthly dance party Sept 11th. It’s an all ages party. Christian + Non-Christian friends welcome! June 30th – deeflash @ Cornerstone Music Festival in Bushnell, IL

I am going to be DJing at the Cornerstone Music Festival again this year! This will be my third year DJing there and my second year DJing in the Afterhours Club. I am really excited to be invited back and to see a lot of the friends I’ve made over the years.

Cornerstone is one of the few Christian music festivals that has a Christian dance club and it’s great for us Christian DJs to have a place to get together each year and hang out, encourage each other, and have fun together. On top of that, the crowd we get to DJ for is always amazing. They’re a ton of fun and it’s always great to see such a broad spectrum of people come in and hang out and have a great time enjoying our favorite music.

So next Friday, August 22nd, will be the party of the summer!!

Club Cautious is throwing their 2nd Annual Blacklight Party!

It’s gonna be crazy, Latin, Hip Hop, and some Tech and Electro House! This is definitely not going to be a night to miss! Plus, you get the chance to hear me mix hip hop which is not a common thing!

I have been shopping the past few weeks for new music and really getting together a nice collection of tracks for this night and have been looking forward to it, if you can make it out to Bridgeport, it’ll definitely be worth it! (you may even get to hear some deeflash original tracks and remixes that I am working on!)

It’s official!!! I’m going to be DJing at Cornerstone’s AfterHours dance club this year!!

Last
year, I got a chance to DJ on the TastyFresh Generator stage but this
year I will be in the Cornerstone Dance Club DJing opening up for some
awesome DJs!!

I’ll be opening the night for Matthew Hyatt
(GiantSlayers record label), Paul Cooper aka Ikon from the UK, Topher
Jones, and Kyle Geiger (DJ Mag’s breakthrough DJ of 2008).

It’s
going to be an amazing week of just meeting and learning from a lot of
great experienced DJs and producers and checking out some bands also!!

Ok, so we’re 1 week away from Christmas and I just started my Christmas shopping last night… is that bad?? Well, anyways, in 2 weeks Club Truth is going to be hosting a New Years party, it’s gonna be great!!

Also this weekend we’re hoping to finally get some footage from Cornerstone up on YouTube finally… 6 months isn’t that bad…

And finally, we’re going to have the flyer for next month done soon so then we’ll announce who our guest DJ for next month is going to be. Here’s a hint, he’s awesome and he is flying up to DJ. That rules out anyone at least 6 hours away.
